When you're redoing more than one room, scheduling it as a single project saves weeks and keeps one team accountable. We manage the whole thing, room by room.
What a full renovation can include
- Kitchen and one or more bathrooms
- New hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl or tile floors throughout
- Interior doors, hardware, baseboard, casing and crown molding
- Recessed lighting, new fixtures, switches, outlets and ceiling fans
- Closets, built-in storage and wall changes
- Paint throughout
Board approvals, start to finish
Condo and co-op buildings usually require an alteration agreement, drawings, an insurance certificate naming the association and management company, and approved work hours. Some require architect drawings for anything structural or for plumbing changes. We prepare what we can, coordinate with your architect when one is needed, and keep management informed as work moves along.
Your proposal, itemized by area
Your proposal is broken out by room and trade, with a clear list of what's included and what isn't in each. You can see where the money goes and adjust scope area by area.
Working with architects and designers
We regularly build from architects' drawings and work alongside interior designers and cabinet showrooms. If you don't have one, we can introduce you to local designers and architects we work with, and help you make decisions in the right order so nothing holds up the schedule.

Can I stay in my apartment during a full renovation?
It depends on scope. If one bathroom and some living space stay usable, many clients stay. For a full gut, most move out for part of the job. We'll tell you honestly at the walkthrough and plan phases around you.
Do you work with my building's management?
Yes. We provide the certificate of insurance, follow the building's work hours and elevator rules, protect common areas, and handle the back-and-forth with the super and management.
How do payments work?
Payments are tied to progress milestones laid out in your proposal. You can pay each invoice by ACH bank transfer, right from the invoice in your client portal, where every payment is logged. We also accept cash.
