Waterproofing comes first
What makes a bathroom last is what you never see. Every shower we build gets cement board and a continuous waterproofing membrane on walls, niches, benches and the floor before tile goes up. In a condo, that protects you and the neighbor below.
How long it takes
A full bathroom remodel is typically about five weeks on site, from demolition through the final punch list, once building approval and permits are in place. Simpler swaps go faster. Your proposal includes the schedule.

Can you convert my tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes. It's one of the most common projects we do. It involves removing the tub, adjusting the drain and valve, building and waterproofing a shower pan and walls, and installing tile and glass.
Do you handle the plumbing?
Plumbing is done by a licensed plumber we work with regularly, under the permit we file. Our crew handles demolition, framing, waterproofing, tile and finish work.
Who buys the tile and fixtures?
You choose and buy the tile, vanity, toilet, faucets and glass style. We tell you exactly what and how much to order, and we supply all the materials that go behind and under them.
