An estimate you can actually read
Every estimate is broken into numbered sections, like demolition, plumbing, tile and painting, and each section has one clear price. Under every section you'll see exactly what labor is included, what materials are included and what's not included, plus notes on anything we can't know until the walls are open.
You see where your money goes, section by section, without wading through hundreds of line items. Not one big lump sum, and no surprise bills at the end. Where you have a choice, like paint or wallpaper, the options are side by side.
Every estimate also spells out how long the job will take and exactly when payments are due, from the deposit to the final payment after your walkthrough. Review it and approve it online when you're ready.

- Remove wall, floor and shower tile down to the substrate
- Cement board and waterproofing on shower walls and floor
- New pre-sloped shower pan, curb and drain
- Install your tile; grout and seal
- Licensed plumber: new shower valve, rain head and hand shower
